Depending on your interests and level of time commitment, there are many ways to get involved with NJCASA and the local agencies working towards eliminating sexual violence.
Become a Social Media Ambassador
NJCASA is seeking individuals with established social media presence to expand our outreach capacity by engaging their own networks in conversations to create positive and safe communities. Learn more about our Social Media Ambassadors program.

Volunteer with your local crisis center
Our local sexual assault crisis centers are always looking for compassionate volunteers to provide direct services to survivors in need. These centers are located in each county, plus a program at Rutgers University, and all require volunteers to complete training on sexual violence issues. Once trained, Confidential Sexual Violence Advocates volunteer on 24-hour hotlines and accompany survivors to hospitals, police stations, and court proceedings.
If you are interested in volunteering as an advocate, visit the Find Help page and contact a support center in your area.
