9 to 5: National Organization of Working Women (1 800 522 0925): They will listen to the complaint and advise on rights, procedures and solutions under the law. They also have an information packet that they will mail to complainants.

National Organization of Women NJ Chapter (609 393 0156): will help with lawyer referrals, some of which work on a contingency basisWomen's Law Project 215 928 9801 offers free telephone counseling on how to proceed with complaint

Resource Center for Women (908 273 7253): offers ½ hour legal consultation for $15.00 in Summit, NJ. May be able to speak to someone on the phone.

Legal Services of New Jersey (888 576 5529): will refer to an attorney for civil issues. Complainant must meet income limitations.
